Ingredients:
- Milk Kefir
- Handful blueberries, raspberries and spinach
- 2 tsps of Kale powder (fresh is better)
- 2 tsps blackberry powder
- 2 tsps barley grass powder
- Any other fruit you may like – eg overripe banana – this may sound horrid but is very nice.
Instructions:
- Strain Kefir
- Mix everything together in a blender
- Add 1 frozen lemon to this mix 4 times a week – skin and all
